About Us

Buy the Pound Bakery is an online shop producing delicious, dessert inspired granolas including our popular Pecan Pie Granola. Charmaine (the owner and baker) started baking cakes for her children's birthday parties over 25 years ago. This quickly grew into baking for a variety of events hosted by friends and family. In 2022, Charmaine decided to register as a Cottage Bakery in Chicago, and the business began to grow. In 2025, Buy the Pound Bakery moved to Henderson, NV.
