About Us
Buy the Pound Bakery is a Hemderson, NV spot producing delicious desserts including our Luscious Lemon Pound Cake and Pecan-Caramel Granola. Charmaine (the owner and baker) started baking cakes for her children's birthday parties over 20 years ago. This quickly grew into baking for a variety of events hosted by friends and family. In 2022, Charmaine decided to register as a Cottage Bakery in Chicago, and the business began to grow. In 2025, Buy the Pound Bakery moved to Henderson where Charmaine creates a variety of tasty treats for you and your family.
